I’ve led finance as VP / Head of Finance for high-growth startups (twice as the first finance hire) and run 10 rounds of fundraising, taking companies from “we should probably raise” to "money in the bank and the data room closed".
Along the way, I’ve built investor-ready, scalable finance systems that don’t collapse the moment you add a new city, product or experiment.
Some experiments I’ve been part of worked perfectly. Some were painful. All of them made my checklists, models and instincts sharper.
I’ve run 10 fundraising rounds for 7 startups, raising over $17M and handling everything end-to-end: models, data rooms, due diligence, compliance and everything in between.
I’ve worked closely with founders on ongoing finance, MIS and performance, turning scattered data into clear, usable views that they can actually run the business on.
I’ve also done full-stack CA/compliance work for startups and 30+ SMEs including companies, partnership firms, LLPs, proprietorships and NGOs from 10+ industries - from getting them set up to keeping them clean and compliant.
